The series focuses on the lives of two adventurous pigs, Toot and Puddle. The two live in Woodcock Pocket with Puddle's cousin Opal and their parrot friend Tulip.
In each episode, the duo learns about a different place or culture. During the course of each episode, either Toot visits a new location and communicates to Puddle by sending a postcard, or the two travel together.

Joe voices the characters of Otto the Turtle and Desmond the Kangaroo as well as numerous other small roles.
The UK dub of this series is currently unavailable.
Toot & Puddle is a British English dub of the show of the same name. This dub first debuted on Channel 5 on the Milkshake! block on March 16, 2009.
After the production was ended, It continued to air on Milkshake! until June 11, 2015 and it later aired on Tiny Pop from August 1, 2009 until August 15, 2014.
Otto
Otto is a turtle from the children's series Toot & Puddle, who is friends with the main characters, Toot and Puddle. Otto often wears footwear and is shown to be a neighbor or friend of the pigs, sometimes joining them in their adventures or having lessons with Puddle, such as learning the alphabet.
Desmond is a lovable kangaroo from Australia who befriends Toot and Puddle. He has boundless energy and enthusiasm and often gets involved in their schemes within pocket wood.
