There’s no nicer place to live than on Seagull Street.

Tara stays in the row house settlement together with her parents and her brothers Peter and Mouse. The neighbors are all very friendly, there are lots of other children, and of course Tina, who is the same age as Tara, and also her best friend. Together, they always have wonderful ideas about how to spend their days: playing in the mud, hunting for criminals, baking pancakes, starting a gang or playing hide and seek… things are always hopping on Seagull Street.

“The Kids from Seagull Street” is the alternative of an action-packed fantasy series: Comfy, easy-going and taken from real life, the series tells child-oriented stories from everyday life, wherein the children recognise themselves. 

​

In this 52-part two season series, Joe mainly voices the parts of Vincent Voisin, a very grumpy neighbour always at loggerheads with the kids and Nicholas the dim-witted Geordie schoolboy. In season two he also voices Mr. Decker the farmer, Tina's dad Mr. Teeman, Benny, Insurance man, Pete the builder, Ralph the Postman, Chris and a Pest Control Officer.

Victor Voisin

Victor is the perennial grump who secretly has a heart of gold. He is seemingly always at loggerheads with the local kids when they come anywhere near his property. He is not averse to snooping with his binoculars and is very protective of his garage. He lives with his highly strung and snobbish wife Matilda.​

Nicholas Pratt 

​

Nicholas is one of Tina's classmates at Seagull Street school. A dim-witted young Geordie, he is often the butt of jokes and pranks from his peers.
